Task Coach:

Task Coach is a simple open source todo manager to manage personal tasks and todo lists. Often, tasks consist of several activities. Task Coach is designed to deal with composite tasks. With Task Coach you can make a category and within that category put in a series of different tasks. This will allow you to organize and categorize all your different task.
